Q: How does your retainer program work?
A: Our low-cost retainer program can save your small or large business lots of money. You'll have no extra salaries to pay or office space to rent. Think of us as your virtual employee to serve all of your marketing and advertising needs. First, choose a plan that's right for you and your company. Second, complete the application form, sign and fax it back to us. Once received, it's your move! Simply call or email us with a project and leave it to us. The project is billed against the amount you initially paid.

Q: If I want to cancel my retainer program, is there any cancellation fee?
A: Nope. We hope you'll want to continue to utilize our services, but you may cancel your retainer program at anytime. Simply e-mail or call us. No questions will be asked.

Q: If we don't use all the hours we paid for, would those hours be carried over to the next month?
A: Absolutely. Any unused hours automatically get carried over to the next month. We keep track of your hours used and send a full report to you every month. You'll always know where you stand!

Q: Who will work on my account?
A: An experienced Project Manager will work with you to make sure your requirements are met. He or she will serve as your main point person to give your company the full attention it deserves.

Q: What measures do you take to protect the client's privacy?
A: Before we begin any project, we ask our clients to sign a confidentiality agreement. This will assure you that we will never violate your privacy and guarantee the security of any transmitted data.

Q: Do you provide printing services?
A: We have great relationships with many printing companies nationwide. We can assist you with any printing service, if requested.

Q: Is my Account Manager available after regular business hours?
A: Yes! E-mail support is available for all service plans, 24/7. If you are a Platinum and Gold customer- you'll also have access to your Account Manager by telephone after regular business hours. Q: Do you use instant messaging with your client?
We sure do! Our Account managers have MSN, Yahoo and Skype accounts installed on their computers. Please contact us for our account information. We are happy to be in contact with our clients as much as possible and encourage it!
