Monthly Pre-paid Retainer Plan Terms.  Payment for monthly pre-paid retainer plans are due before work begins. Any hours over and beyond the pre-paid retainer plan will be billed out at the regular hourly fee($50/hr).  Unused retainer hours can be transferred or "rolled over" from month to month.  Expenses, if applicable, will be charged separately.

Billing. Prepaid retainer plans will be invoiced monthly.  The PartnerPeople LLC billing period starts from the day when your payment has been approved..  Invoices are sent via e-mail on or about the approved date of each month.

Expenses.   Expenses are not included in the hourly or pre-paid payment options.  Expenses are charged separately and are invoiced monthly.  Examples of expenses include printing, postage, photography, pick-up/delivery (local only), or any other materials needed to complete your project/tasks.  PartnerPeople LLC does not charge for phone calls made on your behalf. 

Rush Service.  If a client repeatedly has rush or last minute projects or tasks,PartnerPeople LLC will impose a 24-hour rush service fee of 25% of the total project cost.

Late Payment Fees. PartnerPeople LLC will immediately apply a late fee charge totaling 1.5% of the total amount of the originating bill per month for payments not received by the approved date of each month.

Payment Methods.   Payment methods are:  Cash (local only), check, credit card, or money order. PartnerPeople LLC can process credit card payments securely, please contact us directly at 626-771-3636. Check and money order payments can also be mailed to PartnerPeople LLC, 17128 Colima Rd. #328, Hacienda Heights, CA 91745. Please be advised that work cannot proceed until payment has been made and confirmed.

Referral Program.  If an existing client refers a client who purchases a monthly retainer plan, the referring client will receive a 15% discount off of the total price of their next invoice, excluding expenses.

Hours of Operation.  Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.  If we are planning on being out of the office we will give notice as early as possible.

Privacy Information. Any information you send to PartnerPeople LLC will only be utilized by us or our employee in the context of performing work on your behalf. This information will not be disclosed to anyone outside of PartnerPeople LLC for the purpose of selling information. The information sent over the Internet is not guaranteed to be free from interference or interception. As such, PartnerPeople LLC shall have no liability for failure to receive information or unauthorized use of such information by third parties.

Termination of Client.   At any time, either the Client or PartnerPeople LLC may terminate, without liability, the Client relationship for any reason, with or without cause, by giving 30 days' advance written notice to the other party.  The Client shall pay PartnerPeople LLC the compensation to which it is entitled to and thereafter all obligations of the Client shall terminate.
